About the Role
The Managed Services Engineer will support our managed IT services clients, handling helpdesk support, infrastructure monitoring, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line support to end users
Manage servers, endpoints, and network monitoring tools
Apply patches and updates in line with change management procedures
Support backup and disaster recovery processes
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Familiarity with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and common networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills and a client-service mindset
Relevant technical certification is an advantage
